An additional £14 is charged for first appointments (Sports massage only) to allow for Consultation, Posture Assessment and demonstration of remedial stretches which adds 30 minutes to the first appointment time.

60 mins Sports Massage

Feeling the wear and tear of leading an active sporty lifestyle? Or struggling to recover from a long term injury? Then a 1 hour Sports Massage is for you. In this session, numerous Sports massage techniques are deployed to manipulate soft tissue. One or more problem areas are the targeted and the treatment will also involve some assisted and passive stretching. The aim here is to promote recovery from physical sport/exertion, prevent injury and relieve muscle tension and stress.

90 mins Sports Massage:

As above with the 60 minute session but more time is devoted to those problem areas with a wider range of deep tissue massage and assisted/passive stretching techniques. Or if you just want a longer, full body “maintenance” massage to keep all the major muscle groups free of tension, then this is an excellent option.

Acupressure Seated massage:

During this 20 minute treatment clients are seated on a specialist massage chair. The therapist will use acupressure techniques to the back, neck, shoulders and head. Pressure is applied based on the client’s wishes but can be gentle for those who want a more relaxing experience to medium/firm pressure for those who prefer targeted relief from specific areas of muscle tension. The client is fully clothed and no oils are used.

This massage is perfect for those who spend long hours working at a desk and have problems with their upper body posture.

Payment Details

All bookings are paid in full and in advance. At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a booking otherwise this payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations and late arrivals/missed appointments.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, 24 hours notice is required. Short notice cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being retained/not refunded.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, it may well reduce your treatment time if there is another client waiting to be seen immediately afterwards.
