Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Everything you might want to know before your first visit. Can't see your question? Give us a call.

What happens on my first visit?

We start with a chat about what's bothering you and a proper assessment - how you move, where it hurts, what makes it worse. Then Pramod treats it hands-on and sends you off with a couple of simple things to do at home. Nothing rushed.

What should I wear?

Comfy, loose clothes are perfect. For treatment you'll usually be down to your underwear with towels for cover, but Pramod will always talk you through it first and only uncover the area being worked on. You're in control the whole time.

How long is a session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, which suits the majority of first visits. There's a 90-minute option if you've got more than one thing going on, and a relaxing 60-minute Swedish massage too. Not sure? Book the 60-minute sports massage.

Will it hurt?

Deep tissue work can feel intense in places - a "good sore" - but it should never be more than you're happy with. Pramod checks in as he goes and adjusts the pressure to you. You might feel a little tender the next day, like after a workout.

How often should I come?

It depends on what's going on. Some people need a few sessions close together to settle a problem, then the odd top-up. Others come monthly to stay loose. Pramod will give you an honest steer - including when you don't need to come back so often.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Give us 24 hours or more and you can move it or have your money back, no problem.

Cancel with less than 24 hours to go, or miss the appointment, and the full fee is kept - the slot was held for you and it's too late to offer it to anyone else.

Rescheduling is easy: use the link in your confirmation email, or give us a call.

Do you take payment upfront?

Yes - you pay securely when you book online, so there's nothing to sort out on the day. You'll see the price and pay as the last step of booking.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes. Pramod is a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist and carries full professional insurance. You're in trained, safe hands from the moment you walk in.

Is there parking?

Yes - the studio is in Pinner, HA5, with easy parking right nearby. No circling the block before your session.

Do you treat non-athletes?

Absolutely. You don't have to play any sport at all. Most people come in because something hurts, feels stiff or won't settle - desk backs, sore necks, general tension. It's for everyone.

Can you come to our workplace?

Yes. Pramod runs on-site chair and workplace massage days for teams. Have a look at the corporate page and get a quote - we bring everything and run the whole day for you.
